Dennstaedt see ( "About Us" ) who is an experienced FAA-certificated instrument flight instructor and former NWS meteorologist.  He is also an IFR magazine contributing editor and currently writes for The Pilot Journal, Plane & Pilot and Twin & Turbine magazines. 

Chesapeake Aviation Training is building a curriculum of weather e-Learning programs designed to reach more students in the comfort of their own home.  As a result, we are launching a one-of-a-kind web site during the summer of 2008 called AvWxWorkshops.com.  For pilots that need a more focused curriculum, we offer one-on-one online training using GoToMeeting.  We integrate the online classroom training you receive with your own preflight weather analysis on cross country flights that you take.  This has made a significant impact in the pilot's ability to retain and apply the in-depth weather training they are receiving.
